Starting solids.

Are you thinking about introducing solids? Is your baby ready? Which foods should you start with? How often and how much solid food should a baby eat? And where do breastfeeds and/or bottle feeds fit? I will answer these questions during our initial 60-minute assessment and understand your baby’s growth, current feeding habits, medical history and developmental stage to give you tailored advice based on your family’s eating habits and the latest evidence. An individualised approach is given to all families, considering food allergies and intolerances, as well as specific advice for vegetarian and vegan nutrition. (continues below)
Baby starting solids
You will be provided with food types, quantity & texture suggestions, based on your baby’s age and stage. As your baby grows, I will support your child to integrate into your family’s eating habits, aiming for 1 cooked meal for all family members. Starting solids, whether baby-led weaning or traditional puree is exciting, though can be a confusing time.
You will be provided with the tools and confidence to feed your family. To make a booking, please click the button below.
